Summary: Sadly, those who chose to believe that we are not defined by our birthright, right as they may be, find themselves confronted once too often by said birthright. Leon Corledo was one of those people, and it consumed him to no end.

History: The result of the unholy matrimony of a beggar and a mute girl on Christmas Day, little Leon was taken in by the Corledo family, but the religious wrongness of his birth shined too many times. Even as a kid, the evil spirit of the werewolf stirred uncontrollably. He was even sprouting fangs back then. Many years of dealing with this condition later, he found himself under control whenever he was with the one he loved. It would not last, sadly.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: A prison cell can't contain a werewolf, as Leon tears he way out of it and up the top of a building, where he is shot by his reluctant adoptive father via silver bullet. Owee.

Powers/Abilities: Strength to break steel bars.

Weakness: Acts of true love keep the curse from surfacing too often. Silver bullets are a surefire kill strategy (per the norm).

Scariness Factor: 3.5-While not terribly original by old-werewolf standards, Leon is still pretty fearsome. Just look at his face when it's drenched in blood. It ain't pretty.

Trivia: -The film was directed by Lawrence Fisher, who kickstarted the Gothic Horror resurgence with 1957's "The Curse of Frankenstein".

-Leon was the first credited film role of actor Oliver Reed.
